Partnerships shaping the EV charging landscape

In 2025, we’ve been busy building powerful connections — welcoming new clients across industries, segments, and markets. From heavy-duty transport and fleets to parking, energy, and public charging, these partnerships reflect the growing demand for scalable, reliable EV charging across Europe.

These new client partnerships strengthen Spirii’s presence in our core markets and extend the real-world impact of our eMobility platform.

At the same time, our existing partners accelerated rapidly, achieving average revenue growth of more than 300% with Spirii’s platform.

Together, we are accelerating progress towards a more connected and electrified European charging ecosystem:

Initiated by Daimler Truck, the TruckCharge Network is a new semipublic charging network for electric heavy‑duty trucks, with Spirii’s platform serving as its technology backbone.

Together with Travis, we launched a fullservice truck charging solution, enabling seamless heavyduty booking and operations across Europe.

Yespark Group is migrating one of Europe’s largest urban parking charging networks onto Spirii’s platform, accelerating deployment and maintenance across multiple markets.

The collaboration combines Tellus Power’s advanced EV charging hardware and Spirii’s market-leading charging platform, delivering a 360° charging solution across 14 European countries.

iPlanet works with Spirii to deliver turnkey fleet charging solutions, covering everything from hardware to energy management.

Through its collaboration with UTA Edenred, Spirii’s platform powers UTA eCharge® to deliver a 360° fleet charging solution with reliable operations and scalable electrification across Europe.

Each new client brings distinct requirements, operating models, and markets – demonstrating how Spirii’s platform adapts to real-world needs at scale.

“Together with Spirii, we established a solid migration process that ensured uninterrupted operations and no impact on our customers.

We now have a robust infrastructure in place that supports the scalability and innovation needed to drive our continued expansion across Europe.”

Product
highlights

In 2025, our product focus was on making EV charging work better end to end – across chargers, energy systems, platforms, and the drivers who depend on them every day.

From improved grid integration and AI-powered charger reliability to expanded roaming access, scalable APIs, and smarter fleet and home charging workflows, 2025 marked a year of meaningful product advancements.

Together, these developments reinforced Spirii’s role as a connected, cross–border, and driver-centric eMobility platform - built to scale as the industry continues to evolve.

Shaping what’s next in eMobility

EV charging is evolving fast – and the next phase goes beyond infrastructure. It’s about energy systems, grid integration, and software capable of supporting new operating models.

In 2025, we stayed close to what’s next by actively engaging in European innovation initiatives and industry dialogue, building the insight and hands-on experience needed to help partners navigate a rapidly changing landscape.

We took part in EU-funded innovation initiatives such as FLOW and AHEAD projects, collaborating with industry leaders to shape the future of mobility and energy.

Alongside this, we expanded our grid service capabilities and continued progressing in V2G, contributing to – and learning from – real-world efforts to turn EVs and charging infrastructure can evolve into flexible energy assets.

The people powering Spirii

2025 was a year of real momentum – and behind every charger connected, every charging session, every feature launched, and every partnership signed was a team that showed up for one another.

As Spirii continued to scale, we stayed true to what makes our culture special: collaboration, curiosity, and a genuine sense of belonging.

At its core, Spirii is all about building powerful connections – between technology and people, across teams and borders, and in the everyday moments that make work meaningful.

Looking ahead
to 2026

2025 raised the bar – for the industry, and for us.

Our ambition for 2026 is to ensure that as charging scales, it becomes a reliable, intelligent, and fully integrated part of the energy and mobility system.

Together with our partners and clients, we will continue building the future of eMobility – one where charging is not just an endpoint, but a connected part of a wider energy system.

At the same time, we are advancing our eMSP platform ambitions: delivering seamless, driver-first charging experiences across public, private, and fleet environments – making charging simple, accessible, and reliable, while unlocking real value for businesses across industries.

In 2026, we will move from scale to system impact with a strong focus on:

Designing, building, and launching solutions that support fleet electrification at scale and enable partners to deliver end-to-end charging experiences across drivers, vehicles, sites, and payments.

Raising expectations for reliability and performance through continued improvements in uptime, transparency, and network control

Using AI and smarter operations to turn operational data into faster issue detection, predictive insights, and better decisions

Advancing energy and grid integration, where charging becomes an active and flexible part of the wider energy system

Scaling together with Edenred to extend our reach and impact across Europe and Latin America

As eMobility matures, progress will be driven by those who can connect technology, energy, and people.

That’s where Spirii is headed next.

“We’re committed to continued expansion across Europe and Latin America, fully equipped to support fleet transitions through our new eMobility Service Provider (eMSP) solution and set a new standard for eMobility.”
